How Promotions Work in Your Account
When you log into doraslot, the Promotions tab shows every active offer we're running. We display terms directly — no buried fine print. Referral and Tier Progression
Our referral system rewards members who invite others to doraslot. When someone you refer completes signup and meets the initial activity requirement, both of you may earn a referral reward. You find your referral link in the Promotions section and share it however you prefer. We track acceptances and display eligible rewards in your account.
Tier progression tracks your cumulative activity with us over time. Members who reach certain engagement milestones — perhaps a certain number of active days, or total wagered amount across eligible categories — advance to higher tiers. Each tier unlocks access to member-only promotions: higher cashback percentages, exclusive game sessions, or bonus categories not available to newer members. We never hide the tier rules; they're listed in your account settings so you can see what the next tier requires.

Account verification is required before withdrawal
We collect identity information (name, date of birth, document number) and may request proof of address before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process and protects both your account and our compliance.
Withdrawal and Reload Flow
Once your balance is available — after a promotion claim settles, or once free-play credits convert to real balance — you can withdraw or reload. Submit the request. For deposits, you'll be redirected to your payment partner's app or browser interface to authorize. For withdrawals, the request is logged and we process it on our end.
Settlement times vary. A e-wallet deposit often completes within seconds; a bank transfer via mobile banking might settle by next business day. We display the expected timeframe before you confirm, so you're never guessing. Withdrawals follow the same rule: we process them immediately, but your payment partner controls when the funds land in your account. If you're planning to fund an account around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, banking hours may affect settlement windows — check your bank's holiday schedule alongside our payment partner notes.
Managing Multiple Payment Methods
Your account can register multiple payment methods, which is useful if you prefer different partners for deposits versus withdrawals. You might use e-wallet for quick deposits when you're on a mobile app, but prefer a mobile banking bank transfer for larger withdrawals so the funds land in your primary account. We store these on your Settings page under Saved Payment Methods. Each method is tagged with your last-used date and the payment partner's name, so you know which one you're adding a new transaction to.
